Step 1: Surface Preparation
Every successful epoxy floor begins with proper preparation. We mechanically grind the concrete to create the ideal surface profile, repair cracks or imperfections, and thoroughly clean the area to remove dust, oils, and contaminants. This step ensures maximum adhesion and long-term durability.
Step 2: Base Coat Application
A high-performance epoxy base coat is applied evenly across the prepared surface. Depending on the design, decorative flakes, metallic pigments, or quartz blends may be broadcast into the coating to create depth, texture, and visual impact.
Step 3: Protective Topcoat & Cure
Once the base layer sets, we apply a durable, UV-stable topcoat that seals the system and provides long-lasting protection against wear, chemicals, and moisture. After curing, the result is a seamless, high-gloss (or satin) finish engineered for strength, beauty, and performance.
